Welcome to the Booking page. Here you can view step by step, with drop down descriptions, the process of your photography session. Below, you can select your desired package and any add-ons. You can also view a list of helpful guidelines. Have a look around and if you have questions, feel free to ask. -Paul

  • When you book a consultation, we will take time to talk about your needs and how we can best help bring your vision to life. We will discuss your ideas, locations, wardrobe, add-ons and which package best suits your needs.

  • Before and during the session we will ensure you are ready, and focusing on maximizing the time we have with regard to posing, wardrobe changes and location changes. Work flow is key during the session as we want to have as many looks for you to choose from during your selection process following the set.

  • After your session, I will take all the images and uploading them. I will carefully select each photo, taking in account (duplicates, blurred, out of focus, motion blurring, over-exposed photos) Once culling is complete you will receive a link to a personal gallery to select your favorite photos for editing. The editing process can take up to 7-14 days.

  • Once the photos are complete, you will receive a link to a gallery with your completed images, available for download. You will also have the option to purchase all of your unedited files in the ‘add-ons’ section when you choose your package.

Schedule your appointment

  • **The amount of wardrobe changes and shoot locations will be dependent on the amount of time it takes you to change, and the transit times between locations. Please be mindful of these obstacles when scheduling your shoot. There is an ‘additional time’ add-on available in the scheduler if you’ve already booked your shoot and you need more time

  • Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will result in a cancellation

  • It is generally best to show up at least 10 minutes before the shoot and wearing the first outfit, this ensures that we use the time you booked efficiently

  • 72 hour notice must be given to reschedule or cancel for full refund of deposit. If cancelling within 72 hours you will receive a 75% refund on your deposit. If cancelling within 48 hours you will receive a 50% refund. If canceling within 24 hours, you will not receive a refund. However if you cancel within 24 hours due to serious illness or verifiable ‘Act of God’ circumstance the session can be rescheduled using initial deposit but will not be refunded

  • I understand that weather is out of our control. If inclement weather results in a canceled appointment and the need to reschedule, your deposit will be held for the rescheduled shoot

  • Escorts, chaperones are welcome, but please limit the amount of friends or family to 3 people so as not to be disruptive during the shoot. If you decide to bring more than this, the photographer is not responsible for lost time due to distractions. You are more than welcome to request more time at 50.00 per 30 min due upon completion of the session

  • MUA and stylists are welcome on set and are not provided by the photographer

  • If you are not hair and makeup ready by the start of the session time, the photographer will not be responsible for loss of session time. As stated above you are more than welcome to purchase more time at the 50.00 per 30 min rate

  • Add-ons prior to booking are available, when selecting your package, scroll down and you can select any add-ons you want in addition to your package. Please keep in mind that tangible item add-ons like flowers or champagne are available as long as I am given ample time to retrieve them prior to the shoot
